mySTOCK® WMS Portal

07 April 2022

We are introducing a brand new user interface for working with mySTOCK® WMS data, called mySTOCK® Portal.

If you work with WMS documents and data on a daily basis, we now have a clear and user-friendly web interface available for you. This not only allows you to directly enter and update WMS documents and master data, but also provides a live view of the warehouse with the ability to check stock levels and availability of goods. This completely eliminates the need for any telephone or email communication with warehouse dispatchers, because all the necessary information is immediately available to you! The portal is based on proven technology, on which our sister product myTEAM® is built.

Currently, the mySTOCK® Portal supports:

  • creation and editing of WMS master data (partners, operating units, product range, MJ, barcodes),
  • creating and editing WMS documents (receipts, orders received – shipping orders),
  • viewing the status of documents, including the so-called traffic light system,
  • display of stock levels and detailed breakdown of stock cards (including all attributes such as batch, expiration date, etc.),
  • bulk data import using an input template in Excel,
  • configuration and management of warehouse staff (agenda accessible only to warehouse dispatchers)

In the near future, we will expand the portal to include bulk data export and an agenda displaying warehouse movements. It will also be possible to run related document and reporting reports on marked records (already available in the mySTOCK® WMS server section).

Working with data in the portal and viewing and filtering all records is intuitive and lightning fast, requiring no special training. Customers who are already familiar with myTEAM® will immediately feel at home, as the logic behind working with data panels is the same. Advanced security is a matter of course, so each user only sees data for “their” company.

The mySTOCK® Portal is designed for all customers of the Logistics industry version, or rather for their warehouses, where customers store goods and provide logistics services. The portal can be used independently (an ideal option for smaller and medium-sized warehouses, which do not need to integrate their data with the mySTOCK® Interface or use the mySTOCK® API) or as a supplement (in data viewing mode only) if the warehouse is already connected to the mySTOCK® Interface/API or plans to do so.

Integration scenarios for new customers and depositors to connect their primary information system (ERP, shop, etc.) to mySTOCK® WMS are now extensive, but very often their implementation is neither immediate nor inexpensive, so the biggest advantage of the portal is that it is available almost immediately to existing and new customers, without the need for complex programming to connect ERP to WMS.
