“Basically, everything has changed in warehouse management. We moved to new warehouse premises, and we now manage the processes of stocking, order picking, and packaging differently. The changes have, of course, been beneficial. The number of orders we can process has increased with the same team of people and at a faster speed. Customers praise us for our fast delivery times. Through intensive communication, we managed to overcome most of the pitfalls during the preparatory phase, and after going live, we only had to deal with minor issues. The mySTOCK® WMS solution was integrated into the production plant with the primary MAX+ ERP system using a powerful two-way online interface, which was implemented in cooperation with S&T CZ. mySTOCK® WMS supports all warehouse operations, from material storage and transfer to production to the identification of finished products and their dispatch. The project included not only the delivery and implementation of the mySTOCK® WMS solution, but also the delivery of PDA mobile devices, barcode printers based on ZEBRA products, and components for the Wi-Fi network.

The company announced a tender for a WMS solution, and KVADOS responded by preparing an analytical study to determine the client’s needs. We began our cooperation in June 2017. In addition to basic warehouse processes such as receiving, shipping, and inventory, we also manage Kardex systems. We have customized the mySTOCK® WMS mobile client specifically for this client, and due to the dusty conditions in the warehouses, employees can operate it without touching it. Our shared vision is the second phase of the project for the client’s newly built warehouse.
